Can anyone rent art pieces for events, exhibitions, and decor?
Yes, anyone willing to take financial responsibility for the project can fill out rental paperwork. A valid credit card must be on file, with a secured deposit to rent art/fashion pieces.
When can I rent art and fashion pieces?
Regular rentals typically begin four to eight weeks prior to the first performance or shoot date. To secure a rental, please contact us at least 90 days prior to the event, especially if customizations and unique art pieces are required for your event.
What is the average cost to rent a costume?
Rates vary for renting art pieces and/or costumes. Art pieces require special handling and delivery, which come with extra fees, depending on the type, size, weight of the item. Costume rentals start around $175, and range in pricing based on the event, customizations needed, etc.
Will I be charged for damages or missing parts?
If costumes are returned damaged or with missing parts, or beyond repair, you may be charged the full replacement value. If art pieces are damaged beyond repair, or not returned, the full value of each piece will be charged. We recognize a small degree of “allowable” damages with all pieces, as long as items are restorable.
